  • Motivate your Helpdesk Support team using your outstanding communication skills, reporting to the IT Manager

  • Lead your team to provide application support to approximately 750 users across more than 50 organisations throughout Victoria & Tasmania

  • Manage the performance of your team, providing structure & support and identifying areas for improvement

  • Take incoming Helpdesk calls

  • Drive process & business improvement

  • Proactively assist in developing & maintaining a culture of service excellence with high levels of client satisfaction

You will assist the Manager, People & Quality (MP&Q) to drive the HR, Essential Services, Administration and Records Management portfolios. 

You will report directly to the MP&Q and be intricately involved in the coordination, re-development and implementation of BDNH records management & HR systems. 

You will assist in providing HR guidance to the Management Team and will oversee the Customer Services Team. 

You will be both operational & strategic and will have a key focus on continuous improvement of systems. 

You will have skills & experience in developing, implementing and reviewing a range of administrative systems. 

Qualifications in Human Resources or Business Management are required.

You are an experienced, passionate and ambitious Registered Nurse, with excellent clinical, organisational and problem solving skills and have a strong commitment to quality improvement.
You have community care experience.
You are a good communicator with a track record in managing teams, and can be adaptable and flexible.
