Full Time Permanent (Monday to Friday)
Grade 4A Registered Nurse
(Minimum of four years post graduate experience and registration with AHPRA).

This exciting position provides clinical support to a team of Nurses and Community Care Workers as well as coordinating and providing care to clients.
You are an experienced, passionate and ambitious Registered Nurse, with excellent clinical, organisational and problem solving skills and have a strong commitment to quality improvement.
You have community care experience.
You are a good communicator with a track record in managing teams, and can be adaptable and flexible.
