Volunteering
BDNH believe that volunteer involvement significantly enhances the quality of services provided to clients.Our approach to volunteer involvement is to always treat volunteers as equally and fairly as we treat our paid staff.
The primary role for volunteers at BDNH is to transport podiatry clients from their home, drive them to the Podiatry clinic and return them to their home after their appointment. Volunteers use Ballarat District Nursing and Healthcare cars.

We were also proud to be announced as a finalist in the 2012 Regional Development Australia - Grampians Workplace Development and Training Award.
